HR IS UNPROFFESIONAL AND ARE REFUSING TO ASSIST US
my father passed away its almost 2 years now . his provident fund has not paid out . he has more than 30 years working there and HR has lost his documents . they are telling us my fathers documents are missing. when we ask them about saving them on a system they are not willing to check their system they are doing run arounds.

MOMENTUM INVESTIGATORS NOT DOING THEIR JOB TO INVESTIGATE
Its almost 2 years since my father passed away. Till to date my father's retirement fund has not paid out. people have committed ***** trying to claim these funds. we have received calls from the momentum agent handling this case . He keeps informing us about his findings but no action he is aware if the *****, kids are coming stating they are my fathers kids DNA was supposed to be done but till to date no action from the momentum, investigators. when we call to follow up he the agent keeps telling us the same information he has been giving us. The manner in which this case is being handled is unprofessional. all documents were submitted but still they are not doing anything.
