Don't waste your time if you're trying to set up an e-Commerce store. Even with a eCommerce plan, you struggle to access the shop actions and oh, the kicker, no refund on a monthly subscription post 48 hours - like that's enough time to solve what seems to be a technical error on their side. Also you have to rebuild your website if you change from a premium store builder plan to the builder plan with e-commerce (which you don't even get as an option when you search package options). You have to contact the service team for them to add it to your cart. What a mess!
Customer service is disappointing. You have to chase sales reps and customer sales agents to resolve issues. They don’t follow through on anything United it’s a sale and aren’t transparent. Wouldn’t recommend. Just by a new car
