I had sent in my vehicle in for an assesor to view the minor scratches. The claim was approved and I have been called from dent doctor ladysmith to I can bring my vehicle in. I had asked the receptionist how long will the vehicle be in and she said 2 days. I had mentioned it's a small minor scatch I need my vehicle back by 5pm. I was told she will speak the assesor and get back to me. This was on the 8th of January 2025. Today is the 20th and still haven't received any feedback from them when to bring the vehicle. Their office number just rings and cuts off. I used Google maps to get an alternative number and spoke to a gentleman and asked him for feedback and then only received feedback.. Is it my responsibility to ask for feedback or the companies responsiblily to sent feedback to the clients?
<div>Very disappointed. Submitted a claim for scratch and dent beginning of the month with no feedback after they had said an assesor will contact me. No one had contacted me until I followed up on my claim. I was told it was a month to month and they are waiting for my payment for this month then I will be assisted, this was atleast supposed to be communicated by first for women on the day of my claim or at least commicated to me the status of the claim. I have requested a call back from a lady in the cancelation department she has advised me that she will find out what's going on and she will call me on Monday morning at 10am. I did not receive any call or message and I had to call myself to find out. I was then assisted by Mellisa and she ensured she will try her best to assist and it's through her that my policies are not canceled yet it's due to other peoples mistakes in the claims department.</div>

Very simple. Requested emergency electrition, unfortunately all were busy,had to outsource. Sent an invoice to miway for a refund which is being processed. Logged another claim for damages, miway claims admin Kgomotso was very helpful and sorted out what needed to be done.
