I bought Nissan Magnite on the 12 August 2023.The car was brand new. April 2024 I brought the car for 10000 km service. In July 2024 the car was showing a warning light. I called the dealer and the person who responded said the light will go off I must not worry. After 7 days I took in the car to the dealer. Nothing was said, when I ask was told that the brakes where loose. On the 5 August I was warned by the driver behind me that the brakes lights were not working. Today I brought the car I was the first to arrive but after signing the car the lady put two car before me. My consent is the bad attitude I'm was given when I mentioned my consent, my safety was compromised twice by Nissan , I was nearly bumped on the 7th August. I could have caused accident I understand that brakes is extremely crucial in the car.
I requested a call back about the procedure for claim for the cracked windscreen but no one called. The link I'm given is for review, how can I review without the service. I have never claim before hence I requested help
