Terrible service, paid and received no product.
Jesign Pty Ltd Ordered and paid for a custom made gift, that basically entails the print of two stickers with a custom design and engraving on a champagne glass. Paid in Dec 2023, inclusive of delivery and have not received my product. 6 months later!!!!! Justine Ackermann is extremely manipulative and arrogant, full of lies and deceit. She promise to deliver once she see the bad review here, and ask if it can be deleted and promise to fix the bad service. Well, needless to say her strategy works, but you still dont get your product. She does not answer your calls or texts and only respond on threats. Just to lie again. I cant believe my previous post on this platform got removed. This platform is created as a warning to others to ensure no monetory loss and not support a *****ed business. I have all the proof.

The products received is so lovely it had me in tears. A newborn is so special, and a special outfit that shouts love, care and effort can only be the beginning of greatness and gratitude for our new baby. A very special thank you for the exceptional service and understanding received by ensuring the gift is in time for the baby shower. Lies, no feedback, arrogant business owner taking your money and not delivering the service.
Paid 13 weeks ago for a custom gift that was extremely special. Lies on top of lies. Dont use Jesign PTY LTD, save yourself your own money and lots of trauma. What you give is what you get, and Karma does'nt loose an address. Dont use this Company, they should rather be investigated than recommended.
