I've been waiting for my delivery since 24/11/2025 and when u track it,it says cosignee wasn't available yet I was never contacted by anyone to collect my parcel and it says delivery failed..my way bill number is 080069263689.im so passed right now because you keep saying delivery failed but without any communication and when I do reach out I'm told the driver will deliver today of which he hasn't if I don't recieve my package by 26/11/2025 I'll be back with another review this us utter ******* 2days without delivering
Site has been down since the 11th of March no communication whatsoever.Then you ****en say you don't have an ETA what about our withdrawals that you guys locked in the site and you don't respond to emails or Facebook messages...this ****** **** of a site
I still don't understand why my card was stopped again,no contact whatsoever from capitec bank,and this time I will not be doing another full year of ups and downs to Capitec. If they closing they account please kindly email me then stopping my card every chance you get this is ridiculous,I hope other people close they accounts with this lousy bank that doesn't communicate with you.im totally fed up with this bull they doing.****ty service worst bank ever
I've had a problem with capitec from December till present.They said I should submit a copy of my ID,affidavit and proof of payment of which I did,I was given a run around being told my matter is at dispute then ***** department then again dispute,they now requested a court order when I went to the bank to ask for consent so I can go get the court order Im now told the funds will not be released,I've been up and down for almost a year now and was up n down the whole week last week being told to come back and today I'm.being told this nonsense that the funds will not be released.Why did they waste my time making me go back and forth while they know they already made they decision.They said tyme bank had reported my account but they the ones that reported my account to tyme bank and when tyme bank requested they send proof of they allegations they failed to do so.when I request consent for the court order they failing to provide me with the consent and the proof as to why they put money on hold in my account.and I was the one that kept calling them and emailing them for feedback they've never bothered to call or email me.
Hello so I've had an issue with capitec since December started attending to the matter from January they requested i send an affidavit and a copy of my ID of which I did,and never got any feedback,I was the one calling for follow up until they told me to get a court order I went to the court and was told to go back to capitec and ask them to give me proof as to why money was frozen in my account I was there on Monday and they said my account was escalated to complaints/dispute department and I should wait between Monday to Friday for the hold to be lifted or for them to tell me what to do but still no communication from them not even an email.Tomorrow again I am going to the bank and I won't leave till the hold is lifted because it's been a solid 9 months now,my incident number is 121424214
Hello so I have an issue here I had money frozen in my account since last year,was told to write an affidavit stating where I got the money from of which I did and sent it to capitec bank and was told my money will be unfrozen after I'd done all that they required of me.But when they opened the account for me to use I was then told if I want my money I should bring a court order so the money can be released,a court order from where and why because I had given them what they asked for the amount in my account is 4000rands + till today I know no reason why it was blocked who blocked it..I was in a trading group late last year and I stated that on my affidavit the money that was in my account was my earnings and till today I've asked them to contact whoever blocked my money and ask them if they've ever had any contact with me before or even know me,I myself put in money and didn't get it back as well as it was rotating amongst the group.Can capitec unfreeze my funds cause when they call and I ask why it's frozen I'm told there's a case on my account but money was blocked twice so can they u freeze the amount that was not reported I'm tired of this back and forth Capitec is doing to me I'm very tired cause they've failed me when I asked them to reverse money I had sent to someone by mistake but they quick to freeze my money but couldn't bring back the money I called and asked them to return not even 5 minutes after the transaction they said I should contact the person to return it later said the money was withdrawn.All the ups and downs requesting me to send my ID copy and affidavit telling me that my money will be released then later told about a court order without any explanation and no i don't want any explanation now I want my money back BRING BACK MY MONEY CAPITEC BANK AND STOP BEING ****S
Hello Peter I'm sure this is my 5th review about capitec.im certainly not happy at all especially with they ***** department.apparently my account was reported for ***** but they don't know the reason why they paused my account without letting me know what's happening I was told to go to the bank and my account will be unpaused I did that and at the branch they said I must wait 4hours of which still my account is frozen.and before that they froze funds in my account with making me aware I had to call in and enquire and was told it will be released it's under investigation when I asked for what I wasn't told the lady on the phone said she doesn't know why.fine December the pause the account I contact them and they say the hold will be released but still it's on pause.after writing reviews on here they contact me via email and maybe one phone call then they quiet again.i need the account for my children's social grant.today again I'm told to go to the bank by the ***** department agent saying there's nothing they can do but funny enough I'm not using the account yet its earning interest and paying bank charges what for exactly if the account isn't active can Capitec open my account now.and they said I should contact the bank what what to get them to make a compliant to Capitec on my behalf.
I have a complaint with capitec and I've been trying to solve my issue since January but every time they see a review on hello Peter they contact me once and then keep quiet.Im fed up I've had it with capitec can they remove the pause on my account now because it's been too long and they not of any help to me instead once they see this review they'll call me and say they on it then I'll never recieve any feedback again from them.
Hello So I had my account frozen in December 2023 of which Capitec never contacted me about it.I then contacted them and was told there was a case against my account which is now under Saps,they can't do anything about it.I also had an issue with money frozen in my account +3000 prior to my account being frozen I contacted the bank myself to ask what's happening and was told the money was frozen and being investigated and I haven't had any feedback whatsoever.A month or 2 back I was told there's nothing they can do regards my account and that if I can I should also open a case,I went to Saps and they said there's nothing they can do about it because cases like these are never solved.So till today I don't understand why my account is frozen because the person who froze it apparently said I was selling them something of which I've never sold anything to anyone and have never been in contact with the person because we were in a trading group and the money I was recieving was dividends from my trading and later I was ****med an amount of R3919 I contacted Capitec to reverse the money and they said they can't do that I should open a case.i tried that and the saps advised I take it up with my bank because even though I open a case they don't investigate such cases.ive been to the branch been on countless calls with Capitec to open my account but they haven't funny enough they deducting monthly fees n etc for a account I'm not using.
I have my account paused and only recieved 1 phone call from Capitec after writing my review, thereafter they haven't connected me again.my account was paused with no communication and now is said to be under Saps investigation regarding the funds I recieved in my account of which were payouts from an investment I made.the person who allegedly reported my account has no contact with me nor have they ever communicated with me.I transfered the funds from my other account of which that account also had a hold but was lifted after I provided an affidavit explaining about the funds,Capitec first froze an amount of 3000 in my account and didn't notify nor call me about it I had to call them and was told the amount is under investigation with no explanation as to why but my account remained active.Then in December they paused my account again without any communication I've been contacting and went to the branch where they said they'd remove the hold within 4 hours but the account is still on hold till today.With Capitec only being in contact with me once and was told I'm gonna be contacted again of which that hasn't happened,I explained about not being in contact or knowing the person that reported my account as there was a number of us in a trading group and I believe the amount paid to me was my payout.and I use the account for my day to day banking I've been using Capitec since 2015.
