I’ve been in contact with rain for the past 4days and they helped get the new router which I received yesterday and they said I should keep it plugged on then today my internet will be working which is still not working to date,I’m really exhausted of having called rain multiple times and not getting help,I’ve paid for the whole month and no internet for the whole 4 days what’s going to happen!!!!I did say that I’m highly pregnant and have no mean of communication with anyone because I bought little data to help but I’m not getting help,this is really frustrating!!!!!
Since yesterday I have been having a problem with my network,talking to Arin from around 7 am got no help in anyway….called around past 8 and a lady named Kim tells me there is nothing she can do and when I said she should transfer me to someone says she can’t do that!!!! She is arrogant and told me she has no problem even if I report her or write about her on hello Peter!!!! Rain do something about customer service or we will definitely change to other networks!!!! I need help urgently as I can’t access anything on my tv ,bad service from your side!!!!
I just called rain about the problem I have with them of always cutting my subscription and saying I owe whereas I don't skip a month without paying ,I was being helped by an Indian lady (accent sounded Indian) and while I'm explaining to her on what has happened last month and they promised it will never happen again,she hunged up on me!!!! Is this really how you treat your customers,my issue is not sorted and the lady hangs up the phone on my ear while talking!!!! This is unacceptable because I have an issue that needs attention urgently so and you have your people hanging up calls!!!!! The worst service ever from rain and it's consultants ....
Good morning....I've been trying to get hold of rain,you keep cutting my subscription off and I don't owe anything,why is it off ....why do I have to contact you and write a review about you every month when I don't even owe you anything 😡😡😡😡😡 you don't answer calls when we make them!!!!
I'm tired of writing an email week in week out....right now my subscription is off,why because I don't owe you anything?????? I'm tired of this honestly it's really draining having to write an email 3 times or more a moñth....
I'm writing yo hello Peter I don't know for the how many times now....I think I'm gonna have a problem with rain every month,I paid my subscription on the 2nd of January and now they cut my subscription and I don't know why and I can't get hold of them via their call centre,they hang up while you on the call with them.
A week ago if not 2 weeks ago I wrote a review about rain and they said they will get back to me and help....I'm still waiting for their call to date....nothing !!!! And I still have a problem.
I have been trying to get hold of rain but it's very hard as I've been on hold for over 10 min and they aren't even returning calls.....I need help with my sim cards but I can't get hold of you and this problem has been recurring from 2 months back,kindly get 1 of your agents to call me so they can help me with my problem
Good day I'm having a problem again with rain and I can't seem to get through to them via call centre as I called twice and they hang up,on the 3rd of this month I paid my subscription and today I recieved a message saying I should pay or my subscription is gonna be cut I'm not sure why? Last month you did the same thing and cut my subscription without explaining what the reason was before month end of which I'm still waiting for the explanation.... kindly tell me why is that you do that when I don't even owe ?????
I'm honestly very angry at rain .. I'm not sure why do it give me problems and I'm a valuable customer to them.....so on the 6th of Nov I paid the amount of R595 today they stopped my subscription and tell me that I'm due for Nov I have to pay R595 of which my payment date is on the 1st of every month
