Lack of openess, transparency and unprofessionalism
Very dissapointed with Durban South Panelbeaters Sydey Road. I was so dissapointed with the unprofessionalism and dishonesty. Worst service from Godfrey, my car was towen in. It needed repair. Money was paid but Godfrey Dlomo informed me i needed to cough in more money. He kept giving me a run around when I questioned what was the extra money for, failed to explain and was dishonest where he is ordering the parts from. This guy took advantage because I am a female and lack some knowledge about the parts. Very dissapointed and would not recommend durban south panelbeaters.
