Worst experience of my life, weak communication with the Hyundai head office in terms of obtaining parts, car dropped of a week earlier, its been almost 2 months and I am still awaiting my Car, They will give you a date then on the date your told your car is not ready. Telling you that you are a priority and do nothing to show for it. Even when our livelihoods are being affected they have done nothing to soften the blow or show understanding My payment has been made early and my car is late!! While in occur charges daily.
Disgusted by the service and ashamed to be an owner of Car from Hyundai , Terrible service been awaiting a L/F Shock for over 2 months and they keep changing the date. No body answers calls from regional manager to reception, I would not even give a star rating to be honest.
Contract taken with rentoza in APRIL 2022 ended in August 2023 they have been charging ,me since then without notifying me that my contract has ended they have made the decision to keep taking my money all the way until March 2024. Not asking me the client how i would like to split my buy out and will not refund me the balance of my account
