So disappointed. Really terrible service and most likely a ****. Must admit also disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews beforehand. Ordered a bag by Allison on the 6th of December 2023 as an Christmas gift for my wife. Made payment on the same day after receiving pro forma invoice. Up until the 22nd of December no bag was received after multiple different excuses. I have since asked for a refund numerous times without any payment. Latest excuse being waiting for suppliers to open so she can refund my money??? Makes no sense. Do not purchase anything from Allison or her business. Sad reality is I tried to do something nice and now I have no bag or money. Please avoid.
