Allison Coombes is *****ster and **** Did bought 3 Fairy Bags Nov 2023 Never recieved the bags,she makes promises to refund but nothing!!!! I am furious that I did not check her out before ordering from her.

So disappointed. Really terrible service and most likely a ****. Must admit also disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews beforehand. Ordered a bag by Allison on the 6th of December 2023 as an Christmas gift for my wife. Made payment on the same day after receiving pro forma invoice. Up until the 22nd of December no bag was received after multiple different excuses. I have since asked for a refund numerous times without any payment. Latest excuse being waiting for suppliers to open so she can refund my money??? Makes no sense. Do not purchase anything from Allison or her business. Sad reality is I tried to do something nice and now I have no bag or money. Please avoid.

Do not believe a word Alison Coombes a.k.a. fairybags.co.za says. Do not order anything from her. Her admin is chaos, her suppliers are always to blame, her stock is delivered incorrect and she will promise you 20 items in a parcel but when you open the courier bag, it contains 2. She has no idea who ordered what and keeps making promises of free bags to cover up her delays, which you will also never receive. Do not go here, there is no one home.

I don't know what the hype is all about..... I have been dealing with Alison for several years not only with her fairy bags but rings too..... Its not just me but my family friends colleagues and many more people...... I was shocked to read that people are branding her a ****mer trust me she no ****mer problems with suppliers yes but no ****mer..... So please people have patience Waiti g on ur stock... You will get it patience is free..... She gi es amazing service... So before you put a review on give her a chance... Many of u that put reviews on have gotten Refunds and ur stock.... So think twice before tarnishing someone's name
