Revive Auto Repair Center Round 2 shocker
Revive Auto Repair Center are an absolute joke and honestly an embarrassment to themselves. On a return job for them to make good the damages they made to my vehicle from a previous repair, as instructed by the insurance company, my vehicle is yet again damaged by their workshop. Gas struts for the bonnet are now not functional, they were in good working order when I delivered the vehicle to them. They were to replace the bonnet from their previous poor workmanship on a hail damage repair from earlier in Jan 2024. While vehicle was under their care during that repair, the tail light on my vehicle was damaged and cracked, again insurance company instructed them to repair at their own cost. On collecting the vehicle, with an insurance company claims auditor it was found that the tail light was not replaced, as mentioned, the gas struts are now damaged and broken. The **** poor excuse from the workshop manager of “his guys didn’t read the job card” and then him disappearing to the back of the workshop with my vehicle and no further update as to when the further remedial works will be completed. I strongly suggest any insurance company that refer these *********** fool to remove them off their supplier list and if your vehicle is under their care at present kindly note you have been warned.

Revive Autobody Repair Center Disaster
Revive Autobody Repair Center and the insurer that nominated them has been on of the most unpleasant experiences to date. Vehicle went in for mild hail damage repair and head light replacement. My vehicle is worse off after their repairs than what it went in with. Paint overruns, damaged body work on underside of bonnet, torn bonnet seal just to state a few. After a complete run around and their parts department ordering the incorrect headlight, delaying the completion date drastically, I removed my vehicle from there premises. Signed that the works were not satisfactory and their workshop manager could only give the generic pathetic excuse of “sorry” and that it was everyone else’s fault and saying my vehicle came in like that. Total and utter horses*#t. Zero accountability from them. Insurer has been notified of these issues however yet to have their feedback to resolve this matter. Good luck to anyone who has their vehicle repaired by these *********** service providers.
