I would like to raise a concern regarding two employees, Andries Mabasa and Ariel Kubayi, who borrowed money and used their workplace’s name and address at Kliptivier when taking the loan. Last week I visited the company premises to deliver an Acknowledgement of Debt and a Letter of Demand for one of them, but the matter has still not been resolved. If this issue remains unresolved, I may have no choice but to proceed with further legal action, which could involve the company since the workplace details were used to locate the individuals. I also request that access be granted when I return to follow up on this matter so that it can be resolved professionally.

I ordered a laptop on March 19th and that is like 7 days excluding the Friday which was a holiday.i received an email that stipulated I would get the Laptop within 2-4 days of purchase.I've been communicating with one of the consultants and indicated that my matter has been escalated to management whereas I need that Laptop ASAP.I am not happy with the online purchasing experience that Revibe has given to me because it feels horrible and the fact that I am unable to track the order on my side which is causing me extra frustration. I believe that if I had not called them they wouldn't have sent me updates of what is happening with my shipment. The feedback the consultants have given to me is uncertain there's a chance of them not shipping my laptop by nextweek.What pains me is that I did not buy this laptop on credit I paid full amount with the expectation of receiving my order.This company did me dirty💔😔I am not happy.

Revive autobody is the WORST service provider I have ever encountered! It took them several months to confirm my booking date and after I eventually took in the car for repairs they have kept it for 6 weeks and counting!!! (they can’t tell me when it will be completed). There’s poor communication from their side + I have to constantly chase them up for feedback. All the while I am paying for my own rental car and they just don’t care. Surely a business cannot be allowed to continue operating with this level of incompetence and inefficiencies? Stay away from them if you can!

Revive autobody is the WORST service provider I have ever encountered! My claim was approved on the 10th of January 2024. Since then my car has been at Revive Auto Sandton for over 4 months! I've been given the run around and told that they are struggling with parts, then they're speaking to King Price about writing the car off because they can’t find the parts, then they realized that they ordered the wrong parts. Just endless excuses paired with blatantly ignoring my calls and not keeping their word about calling me back with updates. Revive must just give my car back to insurance since they clearly don’t have the capacity to fix it. My life has been turned upside down by this inconvenience and I quite literally cannot wait any longer. These are the worst panel beaters I’ve ever come across. DO NOT waste your time and money on them!

Revive Auto Repair Center are an absolute joke and honestly an embarrassment to themselves. On a return job for them to make good the damages they made to my vehicle from a previous repair, as instructed by the insurance company, my vehicle is yet again damaged by their workshop. Gas struts for the bonnet are now not functional, they were in good working order when I delivered the vehicle to them. They were to replace the bonnet from their previous poor workmanship on a hail damage repair from earlier in Jan 2024. While vehicle was under their care during that repair, the tail light on my vehicle was damaged and cracked, again insurance company instructed them to repair at their own cost. On collecting the vehicle, with an insurance company claims auditor it was found that the tail light was not replaced, as mentioned, the gas struts are now damaged and broken. The **** poor excuse from the workshop manager of “his guys didn’t read the job card” and then him disappearing to the back of the workshop with my vehicle and no further update as to when the further remedial works will be completed. I strongly suggest any insurance company that refer these *********** fool to remove them off their supplier list and if your vehicle is under their care at present kindly note you have been warned.

Took in my car for an Antena repair, initially they told me that 2 weeks tops. Took it in February 2024 and and now is end of April I still don't have my car. Everyone in the company lies pathetically. 1. They never call to update you as the owner 2. When you call they never pick up 3. They can never tell you, what's the delay 4. They have excuses week in week out to the extend of blaming each other. 5. Sad story is I am 7 months pregnant and I had an emergency at night... it was a heart breaking crisis, I almost lost our child. 6. I'm so emotionally exhausted 7. I spend so much money on car rentals and uber , it's too much. 8. Their favorite word is " we understand and we are sorry" 9. Trevor is the King of lies. Filled with empty promises.

Utterly pathetic. 1 star is too high for the type of treatment, service and overall honesty from this company. A simple 3 weeks task took over 8 weeks to complete. The car was barely ready after 8 weeks. Constant lies of the car readiness. I would not recommend the company to anyone.
