I would like to raise a concern regarding two employees, Andries Mabasa and Ariel Kubayi, who borrowed money and used their workplace’s name and address at Kliptivier when taking the loan. Last week I visited the company premises to deliver an Acknowledgement of Debt and a Letter of Demand for one of them, but the matter has still not been resolved. If this issue remains unresolved, I may have no choice but to proceed with further legal action, which could involve the company since the workplace details were used to locate the individuals. I also request that access be granted when I return to follow up on this matter so that it can be resolved professionally.

Daniel Wellington. It has been a full month since I returned an item, yet my refund has still not been properly processed. I was advised by their customer support to place a new order and return the original one when I requested a modification, with the clear promise that a full refund would be issued. I followed these instructions exactly and returned the item in line with their policy. However, the refund was not only delayed but also incomplete, with part of the amount missing and no explanation provided. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no clear communication or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am still waiting for the outstanding amount to be refunded and a full refund on the second order. I hope Daniel Wellington takes accountability and resolves this matter urgently.
I've been trying to cancel my simcard contract since September 25th, but Rain isn't helping. They keep saying they'll escalate the issue, but they keep debiting my account. They owe me R1050 for 3 months. I cancelled the simcard contract because I switched to their built-in WiFi (R650/month), but they're debiting R9900 for both. Now I want to cancel both, but they say I can't due to an outstanding amount. How is their negligence my fault? They're being unprofessional.
