Pathetic service
Utterly pathetic. 1 star is too high for the type of treatment, service and overall honesty from this company.
A simple 3 weeks task took over 8 weeks to complete. The car was barely ready after 8 weeks. Constant lies of the car readiness. I would not recommend the company to anyone.

I am sorry for this experience. As far as our records show, your vehicle arrived for hail damage repairs. Unfortunately, hail damage repairs require specialist labour. Whilst it may seem like simple work, each dent is manually removed and sometimes repaired. Our process is to attempt first to remove every dent without paint work. If this fails we then employ traditional panel beating methods to conduct further repairs to the vehicle, if this fails we then have to go back to the insurer and request replacement parts for what is deemed unrepairable. Thereafter we would need to paint those repaired or replaced parts. It is not uncommon for this process to exceed 3 weeks. I do however apologise if there was a lack of communication in this process that lead you to believe that the vehicle could be completed in 3 weeks. We aim to improve time but also have to follow the processes agreed to as well as ensure that quality is maintained. Trusting that this sheds some light on the experience and that we would do better in future to communicate more accurately in order to manage our customers expectations and experience
