Pathetic service
Utterly pathetic. 1 star is too high for the type of treatment, service and overall honesty from this company. A simple 3 weeks task took over 8 weeks to complete. The car was barely ready after 8 weeks. Constant lies of the car readiness. I would not recommend the company to anyone.

Increased additional excess with no notification
I agreed to join Miway on 1 October 2015 with an additional excess of R2000 if I am in an accident within 6 months. I called them on 30 December to have my premium increased to lower my basic excess and they sent me a document with R5000 additional excess and policy wording that is utterly different from the one I agreed to. I was never notified of anything and I am shocked they would refuse to honor the agreement I entered with them by maintaining the contract I had with them. I am not in an accident and never was. I am utterly disappointed.
