I ordered a laptop on March 19th and that is like 7 days excluding the Friday which was a holiday.i received an email that stipulated I would get the Laptop within 2-4 days of purchase.I've been communicating with one of the consultants and indicated that my matter has been escalated to management whereas I need that Laptop ASAP.I am not happy with the online purchasing experience that Revibe has given to me because it feels horrible and the fact that I am unable to track the order on my side which is causing me extra frustration. I believe that if I had not called them they wouldn't have sent me updates of what is happening with my shipment. The feedback the consultants have given to me is uncertain there's a chance of them not shipping my laptop by nextweek.What pains me is that I did not buy this laptop on credit I paid full amount with the expectation of receiving my order.This company did me dirty💔😔I am not happy.
