Don't waste your time on this organization! They don't live up to their own policies and standards. They state a 7-10 day wait for delivery, yet I've been waiting for 14 working days with absolutely no update. They equally state that they believe in keeping their customers fully informed, yet they've said absolutely nothing since confirming my order. They express the following yet have disappeared since receiving my payment, they aren't even considerate or professional enough to give an update! "Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur due to factors such as supplier or stock issues, or courier service disruptions. In such instances, we will keep you informed and do our utmost to minimize any inconvenience" Truly appalling service - don't waste your time or money on Nu Season
I bought a car that had a Platinum Dekra report that said the clutch is in "very good condition" and that "no deficiencies were detected during the road test". The very day I drove the car out of the dealership, I got stuck 3 times and almost caused car accidents due to the clutch falling in and staying stuck - making it impossible to change gears. I contacted the contact center and was told to send a picture of the odometer along with a quote for the repair. I sent through the requested immediately after the call and was told approval would take 48 - 72 hours. 72 hours passed with absolutely no communication, no response to my emails and constantly being told that my case agent Amarah is on a call and will get back to me. I called over 6 times on different days and was met with the same response and was never called back. Called again today and was told the same thing "we'll get her to call you back and of course she still hasn't. I was sold a car that I can't drive, and I'm being ignored, delayed and given the runaround while I'm stranded and immobile. Don't waste your time and money with WeBuyCars - they provide false reports then proceed to make you chase them to correct their dishonesty. They have absolutely no integrity, remorse or respect for their clients.
My claim was approved on the 10th of January 2024. Since then my car has been at Revive Auto Sandton for over 4 months! I've been given the run around and told that they are struggling with parts, then they're speaking to King Price about writing the car off because they can’t find the parts, then they realized that they ordered the wrong parts. Just endless excuses paired with blatantly ignoring my calls and not keeping their word about calling me back with updates. Revive must just give my car back to insurance since they clearly don’t have the capacity to fix it. My life has been turned upside down by this inconvenience and I quite literally cannot wait any longer. These are the worst panel beaters I’ve ever come across. DO NOT waste your time and money on them!

I brought this up to King Price multiple times and every time all they could say is that they would escalate the issue to "complaints". I've requested multiple call backs from King Price, majority of them have not been actioned or today's recent development: I answered and got no response and hung up on. I've paid a total of R4280 in premiums for a car that hasn't moved in four months! At this rate I just want that car written off and my premiums back so I can end my relations with this awful company and get my life back on track
Such an annoyingly unpleasant experience with TFG and Bash. I placed an order online only to receive an incorrect item. Then I was told to return it to Totalsport only to be told to return to G-Star instead only to eventually be told to setup a package collection via phone call. The package was collected from me and I was told that the refund will be processed in 48 hours after its scanned at the warehouse. The package was scanned in on the 14th of October yet no refund. I called on the 20th of October and was told it would be escalated and sorted and that I would receive communication about the issue via email shortly. Today is the 22nd and there is no email and still no refund! I’ve wasted time, petrol and airtime on an issue that was simply due to incompetence and instead of a resolution there’s just endless dishonesty and disregard. I recommend everyone stay very far away from Bash and TFG, literally save your time, money and energy by going elsewhere.
The restaurant was empty when we arrived. We had made a reservation, but we were seated close to a shop. I asked if we could be moved to a couch, and the waitress asked if we had made a reservation. I said yes, and she came back to say that there were couches that were open, but they were eight-seaters, and it would be problematic to seat only two people on the couches. The next thing I knew, about three of the couches were occupied by only two people, and those were people who had just walked in and didn't even have reservations. There was a corner couch that we asked to use once the lady who was occupying it left, and the waitress agreed, only to proceed to seat another walk-in couple. The waitress was just unpleasant and had no willingness to help. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.
The Steers at Caltex Washington post took a whopping 2 hours to deliver a burger! I called the store and was simply told that the food is ready and will be taken by the driver. No apology no explanation, nothing! I waited a further 25 minutes after the call for the food to arrive.
I'm so impressed with Mweb's service! I had initially called to enquire about them having a fair use policy and ended being able to do everything over the call with the very friendly agent, I really wish I remembered his name. During the following week, the router and sim card were delivered to me and were very easy to set up. I just plugged and played and haven't had any issues since. I'm coming from multiple back and forths with companies like Vuma and Rain and this was honestly a very much appreciated breath of fresh air. I can definitely recommend Mweb to anyone looking for quick and easy 5G connection.
I don't even know where to start with Accelerit. I've been in communication with them since the 1st of Feb and I even paid an activation fee and collected my router yet there has been nothing but back and forth regarding installation. I provided them with everything they've asked for and they still resolve nothing. I've tried to reach the service delivery manager and I'm given nothing but excuses, yesterday I called twice and was told he was in a meeting and would call me back but nothing, called again and was told he's on lunch and he would call be back and still nothing. I've called again today and I'm still being given the same lousy excuse and being told he will call me back. I've been left hanging regarding the completion of the installation and it's now become my job to constantly follow up and make arrangements! All my emails are being ignored and my issue is just hanging. The service from Accelerit is appalling to say the least.
I'm literally begging everyone to stay extremely far away from Rain! I received a router and sim card on the 16th of January. Never made use of the service because the sim didn't work. I received a replacement sim card that didn't work either thus I decided to cancel everything, request a refund and return their useless device and sims. They picked up their device on the 26th of January and my sim card was cancelled on the 31st after I called to follow up. I was told my refund would take 7 days. I called on the 11th of Feb and I was told that my issue would be escalated and that I would be called back within an hour or two. No one called me back and I obviously received nothing. I called back on the 15th of Feb only to be told that my CANCELLED account was credited because I apparently requested that my cancelled account that I don't even have a sim card or router for to be credited. I'm being told this whilst recordings of 5 phone calls where I clearly ask for a refund exist! I'm now being told I have to wait a further 5 days to receive my money all whilst being yelled at by the rude call center agent who eventually just stopped responding to me because she was done explaining herself, despite still being connected on the line. So yeah just stay clear of these criminals!
