Revive Auto Repair Center Round 2 shocker
Revive Auto Repair Center are an absolute joke and honestly an embarrassment to themselves.
On a return job for them to make good the damages they made to my vehicle from a previous repair, as instructed by the insurance company, my vehicle is yet again damaged by their workshop. Gas struts for the bonnet are now not functional, they were in good working order when I delivered the vehicle to them. They were to replace the bonnet from their previous poor workmanship on a hail damage repair from earlier in Jan 2024. While vehicle was under their care during that repair, the tail light on my vehicle was damaged and cracked, again insurance company instructed them to repair at their own cost.
On collecting the vehicle, with an insurance company claims auditor it was found that the tail light was not replaced, as mentioned, the gas struts are now damaged and broken.
The **** poor excuse from the workshop manager of “his guys didn’t read the job card” and then him disappearing to the back of the workshop with my vehicle and no further update as to when the further remedial works will be completed.
I strongly suggest any insurance company that refer these *********** fool to remove them off their supplier list and if your vehicle is under their care at present kindly note you have been warned.

1) Your tail light was replaced at our cost, the light which we had bought was still in our store room and yet to be fitted. In our Client Liaisons haste to deliver the vehicle to you he did not check that the tail light was installed.
2) The bonnet shocks are a wear and tear item, they were not physically damaged at all. They function on hydraulic oil and can cease working over time. The vehicle has over 200 000km's and unfortunately the shocks ceased whilst the vehicle was in our care. This is not to say that we damaged them. Nonetheless, your insurance replaced them accordingly and they have been fitted and are in working order.
Whilst I can understand your frustration and strong worded criticism, please that we have taken ownership where we have been at fault and finalised the repairs to the insurance auditors standards. The bonnet shocks and light having been replaced and the bonnet lip rubber now having been ordered.
As a service industry we do our best to ensure flawless service but don't always get things 100% right. We do however take ownership of our faults and resolve matters to the best of our abilities.
