I placed and paid for my order on 30th November 2023. It is 1 March 2024 today and I still do not have my chair. When I called them I received a cold and very condescending answer asking "if I had taken into account that they were closed during the Christmas and New Year period. This order is for one chair only. I was promised I would receive it by 28th February. I have not received any further communication apart from the automated email that I am in "week 5 & 6" of the process. I am still waiting and am unable to contact them by telephone which goes to voicemail.
