I ordered a Harper desk in May 2025, and to date, I have not received my order. I initially communicated with Ayanda, but I can no longer get hold of anyone from the company; calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages go unanswered. Their website now shows the business as permanently closed, and there has been no communication regarding outstanding orders.

I bought Sall Set of 2 from Schonn Furniture on 29 March and received them in the 1st week of June. When i received them we noticed that the one shelf was skew and tilted upwards. I emailed the company informing them of this on the 6 June and they asked me to send pictures on WhatsApp which I did. Subsequently they have not rep**** to any follow ups by email, WhatsApp and do not answer their phone. Do not buy from this company as you do not know the quality you are getting and they do not bother to assist you if there is a problem . this is the link to their website: https://shopfurnitureonline.co.za/

NOT REFUNDED!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I placed an order on the 25th of November 2024. On the 28th of February I got a mail informing me that 2 of my orders were ready for collection and that the one item that wasn’t ready would be delivered at their expense when its production is complete. On the 25th of March, I got a mail indicating that they have been struggling with their supplier with sourcing the item and would not keep me waiting any longer. Therefore, they would like to refund me the amount I paid for the one item. When I went to the warehouse this same day, I was told I would be refunded that day. Till today, I have not received my refund and have been enquiring about it. I’m very disappointed and frustrated because I don’t understand why I have not gotten my money back for an item I paid for and never received.

If there was a quarter of a star, I'd give them that. I bought a shelf in Jan 2024. The last update I got from them was on the 12th of February which said my item is sitting at wk3&4 of production. I'm not sure if they're even a real business because what kind of business leaves you in the dark like this? When I reach out, they respond in the the most condescending way talking about backlogs. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them, I don't even trust that they're real at this point.

I placed and paid for my order on 30th November 2023. It is 1 March 2024 today and I still do not have my chair. When I called them I received a cold and very condescending answer asking "if I had taken into account that they were closed during the Christmas and New Year period. This order is for one chair only. I was promised I would receive it by 28th February. I have not received any further communication apart from the automated email that I am in "week 5 & 6" of the process. I am still waiting and am unable to contact them by telephone which goes to voicemail.
