I ordered a Harper desk in May 2025, and to date, I have not received my order. I initially communicated with Ayanda, but I can no longer get hold of anyone from the company; calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages go unanswered. Their website now shows the business as permanently closed, and there has been no communication regarding outstanding orders.
I recently purchased the Gold Plated Sterling Silver Diamante Flower Stud Earrings from Lovisa Jewelry at Hydepark. While the design of the earrings is undeniably beautiful and elegant, I was quite disappointed with their quality. Within just a couple of days, most of the diamantes fell out, rendering the earrings unwearable. Given the price and the brand's reputation, I expected better craftsmanship and durability. It's a shame because I really loved the look of these earrings. I hope Lovisa will improve the quality of their products in the future. I would recommend potential buyers to be cautious about the longevity of these earrings.

Bad service On November 10th, I placed an online order, however I never got a notification that my order was ready to be picked up. When I checked my profile, it said "order collected." I called the contact center and was told they couldn't reach the Little Falls branch. I got a text last night saying that my order was picked up by Courier, and another text this morning stating that my order was delivered. Now my question is: to whom and to which address because I choose in-store collection?
Please avoid doing business with this company, they are the biggest scam I have come across. Zero maintainance and disregard for women.
Pathetic service, please don’t rent property run by these people. They don’t do maintenance, disrespect women and absolutely scammers . They scammed me my deposit after being a loyal tenant for seven years.
I am a third year student, on the 14th of March 2022 I made a cash payment of fees for the whole year after I was told that my company bursary did not make any payments. Last week Friday I was told by my company that payment was made to Mancosa on the 3rd of March 2022. This means Mancosa received double payments from me and my company. I phoned and spoke to Ronelle Mungaroo who was helpful at first, she told me to send proof of payment from my company which I did, she responded by saying that she has sent it to the debtors desk for allocation because on her side only one payment is reflecting which is the cash payment I made. Today I phoned her to follow up, she was very rude and rushing me off the phone. I phoned again and I was told she is handling the case and refunds take 30 days. Mancosa has been sitting with both payments since March and they said nothing to me until I enquired about it. Now I am told to wait for 30 days for refund. I would like to express my disappointment with the new OSA system, yesterday I was writing an exam and ar 13:45 I tried to submit my work I received a 504 error message after all sorts of attempts time was up. Mancosa live chat is not live, you get an automated message saying 'currently responding in 48 hours. Live chat that responds in 48 hours, is a shock. Student services don't answer phone calls. I went to the Joburg office and all i got was we are still investigating, no one even bothered to ask for my details. I have never missed a deadline and I will not be disadvantaged my system errors. I want answers. I logged many tickets only 2 responded with the following reference numbers 565594 and 565544.When I follow up the tickets they state 'case closed'. I am very unhappy. I took in my Nissan Almera 2017 on Monday morning after the mulfunction light had been on since Friday. Mark assisted me and I was told there is a water in the left back light causing a short circuit hence the beeping sound. The car was taken by a mechanic for a review and was told I will have to pay from my pocket because the car looks like it has had some work done therefore warrant won't cover the repairs. Mark promised to give me repairs pricing, I followed up with him yesterday (Tuesday) he took my numbers down promised to give me feedback and I haven't heard from him since. Really poor customer service.
