⭐ Extremely Poor Service and Unprofessional – Would Not Recommend
Kelfords Ford Somerset West has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. For nearly two months, their communication was virtually nonexistent. I had to constantly phone them myself just to get any updates on my vehicle. No calls, no feedback, no sense of urgency — nothing. Ironically, the only time they suddenly started phoning me was once the vehicle was supposedly ready for collection. They called me three times, specifically instructing me to come and fetch my vehicle over a 2-day period. When I arrived, however, they refused to release my vehicle because someone else had an outstanding account with them. How another customer’s debt could possibly justify withholding my vehicle is beyond comprehension. This entire experience has been a complete waste of time and shows a shocking lack of communication, internal coordination, and basic professionalism. Giving customers conflicting instructions and then holding a vehicle hostage due to an unrelated issue is completely unacceptable. I would never use Kelfords Ford Somerset West again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this dealership.

R12k for batteries that only last 3 months - Daylight *******
I bought 3 x DEEP CYCLE GEL BATTERIES from the company for R12k, they were delivered to me on 24 August 2023. I mailed them 4 months later on the 14th of Jan 2024 informing them that the batteries were not holding their charge anymore and that they are now worthless. They responded that this is normal, and is what can be expected, that is why the batteries only have a 3-month warranty... It is clear to see that they are only in this business for the money, and not to help their customers.
