So I needed a technician to come out to replace a faulty router, the company needed to contact me back in regards to the repair. I informed Acorn Broadband that the router is faulty and they were unresponsive to my need. Their staff took my query as a joke and were completely rude. They decided to cancel my wifi service and they said they will refund my money. They are disgusting, very poor service and they shouldn't be operating in their field.
