I had a second incredible customer experience with Acorn Broadband. M wife had an issue with her account payment that was not registered. Even though it was technically our fault for not forwarding the proof of payment and not noticing the payment reminders our service was restored without penalties. The gentleman in George who attended to our query was so patient and helpful and he made sure that we were back online literally seconds after receiving the proof of payment. I will never hesitate to recommend Acorn Broadband.

I consistently received exceptional service from Acornbroadband. As an affordable internet provider they are currently the most accessible and customer-oriented company. I want to make special mention of Kaylene, the accounts Administrator and Werner the installation technician. Kaylene never fails to respond to emails or enquiries promptly. She's extremely reliable.

I have been using their Wi-Fi it's been more than 2 years now, their service has not been up to standard it's bad lately, I have been without internet for a week now I have logged calls and always told they will send technicians through but nothing happens, even today I was told they are sending a technician team through but nothing.

I just got off the phone with Anika.. The most terrible consultant to ever, ever call me in my life regarding a complaint! We paid our Wifi on the 22nd of January after many months as we were unhaooy with their services before but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again with them and activated our wifi on the 22nd of January 2025. Our wifi was off for the past 2 days and i contacted them to ask why our internet is off.. Anika phoned me.. Mind you.. This woman had the worst attitude! She told me our contract states our payment is the 1st of each month and because there was no payment on the 1st they disconnected our internet.. LOL.. But we made a payment on the 22nd activating our service after many months. So i paid R650 for 2 weeks of wifi.. Ridiculous! I am not at all happy with the service we received from this company and i would never ever advice anyone to make use of their services.. This is the worst customer services i have ever received!

The worst service ever, after constant compaint, no one gets back to you. Have been complaining about the horrible service for over a year now and nothing has been done. Ask so so many times that a senior or manager call me but it falls on death ears. Paying for a service that does not exists. PLEASE HELP AS WE ARE FED UP WITH THIS USELESS SERVICE!

The worst service ever, after constant compaint, no one gets back to you. Have been complaining about the horrible service for over a year now and nothing has been done. So I needed a technician to come out to replace a faulty router, the company needed to contact me back in regards to the repair. I informed Acorn Broadband that the router is faulty and they were unresponsive to my need. Their staff took my query as a joke and were completely rude. They decided to cancel my wifi service and they said they will refund my money. They are disgusting, very poor service and they shouldn't be operating in their field.
