I had a second incredible customer experience with Acorn Broadband. M wife had an issue with her account payment that was not registered. Even though it was technically our fault for not forwarding the proof of payment and not noticing the payment reminders our service was restored without penalties. The gentleman in George who attended to our query was so patient and helpful and he made sure that we were back online literally seconds after receiving the proof of payment. I will never hesitate to recommend Acorn Broadband.
