I consistently received exceptional service from Acornbroadband. As an affordable internet provider they are currently the most accessible and customer-oriented company. I want to make special mention of Kaylene, the accounts Administrator and Werner the installation technician. Kaylene never fails to respond to emails or enquiries promptly. She's extremely reliable.
I'm extremely impressed with the staff of Clicks at Fountains Mall. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. One cashier in particular (I unfortunately didn't get her name but she's working on till 2) was so professional to remind me of my points that was about to expire and saved me R250 in the process because I didn't pay a cent for my purchase. I will always recommend this store.
I received absolutely ********** service from Makro's online department. I purchased a 42 inch Ecco LED tv from Makro on 6 September 2025. I paid online and the tv was delivered on the 10th. In early November the tv started showing signs of defects, particularly the screen. I contacted Makro and they came to fetch the tv after a few days. My problem is with refund. I received an email on the 19th of November that my refund was approved and I can expected payment within 3 - 5 days. Yesterday 26 of November I contacted Makro since it was over 5 days without any payment. After being put on hold for more than 10 minutes while the agent "checked" some mysterious issue? I was told that the email was send in error and that a refund normally takes 7 - 14 days. On top of that I received an email instructing me to forward several documents including my id, bank started, proof of bank account and proof of payment. I cannot believe that an online transaction that took seconds during purchase has resulted in in me having to jump through hoops to get my refund. I wouldn't encourage anyone to purchase items online from Makro. #BlackFriday
I was extremely impressed with the way The Courier Guy handled my complaint on September 10th 2025. I expected a delivery that day and was informed that it would take place before 5pm that day. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed because there was some confusion with the paperwork. After I called the local branch, the confusion was cleared after office hours and a vehicle was immediately dispatched. I'm impressed with how they take complaints from clients seriously. We need to give credit where it's due. #BlackFriday
Always had a great experience with Woodlands Dairy. When buying youghurt for my daughter's lunchbox, Woodlands Dairy is my First Choice. When having a Sunday Treat Woodland's Custard, fresh cream and caramel treat is my First Choice🙂

I had the worst experience with Game online. I purchased 4 boxes of tiles online and was supposed to pick it up from the nearest store on the same day. First I was told that the items will be ready after 2pm on the same day. Two days later after several enquiries I was told that there are no stock in that particular colour and in the colour that I settled on as an alternative was only 2 boxes. After asking them to enquire at some other store that I agreed to drive to myself there was no feedback. On the 29th if April I received an email that there was no stock anywhere and that my refund is being processed and will reflect in my account within 3 days. After a week there's still no refund and I was told by a very condescending agent named Christilene that I have to wait 7 to 14 days.
I bought a double bed online in June this year. The delivery time was reasonable but I had to find to my great disappointment that the mattress wasn't new. In about one month we were experiencing discomfort and back pain because the springs could be felt through the mattress.
