Have you ever been so mad you’re calm.. that’s a dangerous place to be at and that’s exactly how I feel right now. My package was out for delivery Friday, 06 March 2026. (my daughters birthday present for her birthday party for 7 March) I waited the entire day for this package .. with no calls/messages/explanation .. these people just didn’t deliver. I phoned them Saturday morning to find out where my package is as the hub is a 30-40min drive from my home (P.e to Humansdorp) so how could this package not have been delivered?? THIS IS MY DAUGHTER’S BIRTHDAY PARTY PRESENT. She tells me the driver worked till late and could not deliver as he was already over his time as they are not supposed to work after hours .. the package will only be delivered the monday now (9 March 2026) I Don’t FREAKEN CARE.. Asked if i can collect from the hub .. Unfortunately there’s no one there the Saturday.. I needed the parcel for my daughters birthday Party! I was so mad .. I shouted at her and dropped the phone.. I had to get my daughter another birthday present for her party .. I am so mad it’s not even funny! Monday came oh my goodness.. it became 16:00, i phone again to ask where is my package.. The driver is 45min out .. it is now 06:53am, 10 March 2026.. HE NEVER CAME! Don’t EVER do business with this company.. they are such a disappointment.. now i will double check which courier companies use to transport packages and i am sorry to say i will NOT support those businesses using this Courier company .. IMAGINE! Just close your doors if you don’t know how to do business!
I just got off the phone with Anika.. The most terrible consultant to ever, ever call me in my life regarding a complaint! We paid our Wifi on the 22nd of January after many months as we were unhaooy with their services before but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again with them and activated our wifi on the 22nd of January 2025. Our wifi was off for the past 2 days and i contacted them to ask why our internet is off.. Anika phoned me.. Mind you.. This woman had the worst attitude! She told me our contract states our payment is the 1st of each month and because there was no payment on the 1st they disconnected our internet.. LOL.. But we made a payment on the 22nd activating our service after many months. So i paid R650 for 2 weeks of wifi.. Ridiculous! I am not at all happy with the service we received from this company and i would never ever advice anyone to make use of their services.. This is the worst customer services i have ever received!
If i could 0 stars i would. FNB charged me Excess fee on my business account for 5 items. These items were paid for and deducted from my account on the 2nd of October 2024.This morning on the 6th of November 2024 an amount was deducted as excess items fee, which Fnb claims my account was in a minus when these items were deducted yet my bank statement and sms's showed these payments was deducted from my account. How is this possible when there were funds in my account and these transactions were debited from my account! FNB is blatantly *****ing from me. According to their consultant FNB paid on my behalf for these items and that's why they deducted this as an excess fee. There's no proof on my account or bank statements that i ever was in a minus when these transactions occurred! I'm furious!
