Incredible non stop service
They are incredible. They have gone above and beyond to assist me and even after they claim was finished and there was a problem from the labour department side they have helped me to sort it out and have answered so many questions and emails. They have gone way beyond the lite service they offer. Would recommend them to anyone

Worst Service Ever!!
They are happy to take orders and money but cannot deliver on their promises!! Placed an order on the 12th of Feb for flowers to be delivered to my office as my husband wanted to surprise me. By the time I left the office the order wasn’t even out for delivery on the tracking so we had to change the address to our home address. The tracking the changed that it is out for delivery but nothing has arrived as yet. Phoned just to be told it’s our fault for changing the address but who is in the office until 8 at night on valentines so they can deliver something!? Worst service ever!!

Shocking service!!
Never had such pathetic service in my life. Sold my car to them and they were all to happy to take it. The service received from the buying agent was great but then the *****ed up the settlement with the bank and more than 2 months later have yet to fix it. I have to beg for communication. The debt orders are still going off my account and they couldn’t care less. They have yet to refund me the debit order and simply don’t answer my emails or phone calls. So I’m still paying a car I don’t own due to the complete incompetence of their accounts department
