Disappointment and Disgust

I am very unhappy with the service from Sweat Gear. I placed an order and paid for a kit, for the Academy last year November. We received an email from sweat gear informing us of a delay due to complications and that it would not be ready in December at all. Fast forward to 2024, I have tried contacting them multiple times a day via cell phone, email, whatsapp, and even their website. However, still no communication on the kit from their side. On the odd occasion i was able to get hold of someone, I was told to phone back later, then they didn't pick up again. I have given them chance after chance and the benefit of the doubt every single time. I'm am really frustrated and upset about the lack of communication regarding the kit yet payment was required and completed swiftly. The lack of communication in the new year regarding the progress is disappointing and unacceptable. My team have been waiting for 2 months since payment was made and they are extremely disappointed that they have not received it yet. With competitions coming up soon, the kit is needed ASAP. What is most disconcerting is the general apathy and lack of communication in the side of sweat gear.
