Review for WeWearWhat Extremely disappointed with the service received from WeWearWhat, particularly from Minette and Jako. I purchased mesh bags that turned out to be of poor quality, and after raising this issue, I was assured a refund. However, it’s been over a week with no follow-up, no clear communication, and no resolution. Despite multiple messages and verbal acknowledgment from Jako on WhatsApp, they have failed to provide the refund or even a date for when it will be processed. This delay is unprofessional and frustrating, especially as I have clients waiting on their money back. Minette, as a business representative, has shown zero input in helping to correct the situation or improve the overall level of service. There has been no effort to take responsibility, communicate clearly, or resolve the issue. This company previously operated under the name Sweat Gear, and since rebranding to WeWearWhat, their service level has noticeably declined. The lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. I expected better. I cannot recommend doing business with a company that treats its customers with such disregard.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND BRAND AT ALL COST!!! **** ALERT AND *****ULENT COMPANY! AND PLEASE SHARE AND WARN OTHER PROSPECTIVE BUYERS TO STAY FAR AWAY!!! I am in the fitness industry and was recommneded to try this companies' wear. What a bunch OF UNPROFESSIONAL BS CLOWNS and I will NOT recommend this company to anyone in the fitness industry EVER!!! No order delivered, no refund on my non-existent order, no communication (I had to keep contacting them) no apology, and now they are not answering my calls or my texts either. I am very unhappy with the service from Sweat Gear. I placed an order and paid for a kit, for the Academy last year November. We received an email from sweat gear informing us of a delay due to complications and that it would not be ready in December at all. Fast forward to 2024, I have tried contacting them multiple times a day via cell phone, email, whatsapp, and even their website. However, still no communication on the kit from their side. On the odd occasion i was able to get hold of someone, I was told to phone back later, then they didn't pick up again. I have given them chance after chance and the benefit of the doubt every single time. I'm am really frustrated and upset about the lack of communication regarding the kit yet payment was required and completed swiftly. The lack of communication in the new year regarding the progress is disappointing and unacceptable. My team have been waiting for 2 months since payment was made and they are extremely disappointed that they have not received it yet. With competitions coming up soon, the kit is needed ASAP. What is most disconcerting is the general apathy and lack of communication in the side of sweat gear.

I placed an order in September, yet haven’t received my items. After contacting sweat gear & communicating with Jaco, my order was traced and delivered within 24hours. Fantastic after-sales assistance

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I would not recommend anyone supporting them. I have ordered over R2000 in clothing in May already. I have emailed, Facebook Message, Instagram Message and left comments that got removed on their posts along with other peoples. Finally after taking them to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud I got a phone call from the Owner Jako which didn't go well at all. He started taking me and my career on personally when that doesn't have anything to do with their bad service. Never once apologized once. Definitely not a guy/company that cares about their customers. STAY AWAY!!
