I don’t even know where to start, I’ve had my current number for almost 10 years I don’t understand why MTN can’t seem to help with cancelling my contract that was renewed by empowered outsourcing solutions. All I asked the lady was for LTE coverage instead of 3G and 5G since she didn’t do her part of her job I’m stuck with a sim card for 2 years.. it’s not like I called MTN they called me to extend my contract, mind you I was more then willing to port my number to Vodacom before this lady called.
