I was so enthusiastic + trusting of the sales rep that introduced the equipment and was sure that she had our best interests at heart. Saving money was also an incredible bonus so contract signed. Last saw her over three months ago, just before the system was installed in mid March. Was promised it would be done over a weekend - not so. Was promised no service interruptions - not so as they took an age to finally get our issues resolved and calls were dropped, or I could not call out, or clients could not call in - pure frustration and not funny if you run an on-line travel business. Feasibility study done+ what I signed for is a joke. Stayed within call limit in the March (mid month installation and thank goodness for April too as it was a VERY short working month. By 18 May we had run out of airtime and is now costing me an additional R100 per day to keep the phones working. An additional cost of R1200 for the month - no calls returned or explanation given - I am also still receiving my Telkom bills for my 'cancelled' telephone lines - where to from here?
