I’m disappointed in Mercurius motor Polokwane. I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this car dealership's service department. My car has been in for repairs for two months, and throughout this entire period, I've received little to no communication about the status of the repairs. Every time I call, I'm told that my service advisor is on leave, and despite promises from different representatives to follow up with updates via email or phone calls, I have yet to receive any information. The lack of communication and accountability is disappointing, making this whole experience extremely frustrating.
