Disgusting business tactics
I stored my belongings from October to January.I sent them two emails that we are moving out it then all of a sudden I owe money.I have never paid rent later than the 3rd of each month,but they say that I paid my rent late so they added an additional fee.I would send proof of payment each and every time I paid my rent.Now they are claiming that they didn’t know that I was paying. I want my belongings and they now state that I can’t get my belongings without paying the amount for failed debit orders and rent for February which I informed them in due time that I would be moving out.This company is actually a bully and uses the fact your belongings are with them and that you need them as leverage.So how am I going to survive without a fridge and a microwave?Will they offer their houses for me to store and cook my food there?I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by that company and for your sanity do not store your belongings there.

Icebolethu Funerals is unreliable,sadly you will at the last minute.
So I joined the Icebolethu Funerals for my mother inlaw.So I had joined for catering and ***.My mother inlaw passes away and I go claim.I go with the books to show proof of payment and the contract. I am told everything is good to and I receive a message saying my claim went through ,but the day before the funeral I give them a call to ask with regards to the catering,I am told that I never claimed for catering and that my claim will take 48 working hours.How ?When the funeral was the following day and when I called it was already around 4pm and I stay in a small rural town where shops close at 6pm.Luckily a lady who does catering and referred me Icebolethu came through for me and did the catering for us.Now my policy states that it will cater for 300 people with 2 meat options,2 starches,2 salads,drinks and fruit.So they want to pay me R10000 for the food saying that they don’t pay to a third party caterer. 1. The lady was under Icelobolethu doing catering for them until they managed to get their own for their branch in Kokstad,so atleast HR still has her documents for payments. 2.Is R10000 enough for transport,payment of staff and the food? 3.When claiming I never mentioned even once that I wanted a cash payment. 4.They are now claiming that i “forgot “ the catering documents at home and said I would come back.I said to them if that is the case they must show the footage from that day of me just carrying one book and not the other. I am never joining Icebolethu ever again as they have shown me that they will drop at the last minute and will make it your fault.
