Very bad customer service at Norkem. I have been a member of this enterprise for 15 years, will soon close my account. Word of mouth spreads fast. Also, would highly recommend for the so called "floor manager" to brush his teeth and introduce himself upon approaching clients during their sets. Unprofessional. A zero star rating would be too high.
