Family fitnes wrong business marketing strategy
Family fitnes gym employees sales agent which they market their business on the malls and shopping centres. They provide people with wrong information asking you to join telling you that if you don’t like it you can cancel it within a month period. Later on that one I went to the guy then realise that is not for me and also I moved to another province I called then and tell them that am no longer interested in a guy they said is okay four years later I started getting calls from family fitnes collectors wanting me to pay R4600. When I tried to explain to them that I was wrongly advised I even told them where I joined them they didn’t take my story. They tell me is not theyre problem what I should do is to pay or face to be listed. Four months later they listed me.

This Gym is extremely unprofessional. They did not notify me when my contract expired and started charging me money after my contract period without notifying me. When I noticed they were charging me money after my my contract was completed, then I stopped the payments they *******ly took from me. When I stopped it they handed me over to Debt recovery. I advice not to join this gym. They are ********s, they do not repair their gym equipment, even though they take a double debit order once a year for maintenance, nothing get maintained. The gym is never cleaned properly with the weights lying everywhere. It's better to join Virgin Active.

This Gym is extremely unprofessional. They did not notify me when my contract expired and started charging me money after my contract period without notifying me. When I noticed they were charging me money after my my contract was completed, then I stopped the payments they *******ly took from me. When I stopped it they handed me over to Debt recovery. I’m a suicidal I caught my wife cheating on me
I was one of many men who never thought a day would come when my wife would cheat on me. I found out when my friend and I jokingly got mSpy to spy on our wives' phones. There were no signs at all of her infidelity so I was 100% sure that I wouldn't get anything suspicious in her phone. On the other hand, my friend had doubts based on his wife's recent behaviour. We got mSpy to do the job and they immediately sent us instructions which later gave us access to the women's phones. The shock I felt when I checked her WhatsApp and messages is hard to describe. I contacted MSPYSERVICS@ GMAIL COM to hack her phone but i found out that nothing was on her phone so they hacked into her mac-book. i could not believe all that i saw on her laptop she has all her major text messages on her mac-book, she uses WhatsApp on her laptop also i found out that she was in a relationship with my friend who i call my brother i had full access to her mac-book and also read all there messages and so many they always hang out at a hotel on Sundays.. All I saw was too much for me to keep to myself. My wife is the sweetest and most caring woman on earth and there was no way I would ever imagine her hurting me in any way but mSpy linked all her secrets. But surprisingly, she had been sleeping with our son's coach for what seemed like months. I ambushed her and her defence was that she got lonely because I no longer give her attention and affection but the truth is that I have been occupied with work since I am the breadwinner. I somehow understand her but at the same time I feel no emotion. I love my family and I don't want us to go through the agony of divorce. What should I do?

Worst experience ever! ****** stuff at the Family fitness car wash !
Went to Brentwood Park car wash. With some of my belongings in the back of my car then only realized later on all the technology stuff that was in the car was taken out after I called the car wash for weeks and weeks they do not want to give it back. Worst experience I have ever had. I will not recommend this car wash to anyone!!

Family Fitness Norkem
Very bad customer service at Norkem. I have been a member of this enterprise for 15 years, will soon close my account. Word of mouth spreads fast. Also, would highly recommend for the so called "floor manager" to brush his teeth and introduce himself upon approaching clients during their sets. Unprofessional. A zero star rating would be too high.

Never sign up with this gym
Walked in to cancel my membership and one of their employees who helped me assisted me and told me its been sorted. The gym came back two years later and told me that my membership was not cancelled and that the employee no longer works there therefore I am liable for two years of fees. Terrible terrible service.

Disgusted in the service delivery
What an experience . Got double debited on Month of November and **** to by the Norkem Park manager indicating that we get double debited November and December . Needless to say I did not budget for November and had asked for a refund on the double debit when I was told by someone else in the department that I was not meant to be double debited in November . I then proceeded to say I would like to cancel with immediate effect as it is ******* to take off money that is not in the contract and I was basically told I cannot cancel my membership even though over the phone I was told that I would be liable to 38% cancellation fee . The biggest disappointment is that a lot of us budget from month to month and to be double debited when we shouldn’t can mess up our whole month and how do I know with all cer*****y know that I would not be double debited in December again when my membership finally comes to an end. Honestly the worst place to go to. Haven’t been there in over 9 months due to my pregnancy and I still paid monthly and now that my membership is finally coming to an end . I get double debited in November instead of December. Steer clear of this place people. This isn’t the first month I got taken for a ride . They do weird things like this often with no apology.
