Never sign up with this gym

Walked in to cancel my membership and one of their employees who helped me assisted me and told me its been sorted. The gym came back two years later and told me that my membership was not cancelled and that the employee no longer works there therefore I am liable for two years of fees.

Terrible terrible service.
