Stay away from this company! I see I am not the only one unhappy with them. Just got another call from DSL demanding payment, and the way the lady spoke was very rude. I told her I'm not interested and won't pay. Now I've had enough. It all started last year when one of my employees, accepted DSL consumables' products, thinking they were samples, as explained to her over the phone. We then received an invoice, and I paid for the initial batch, assuming it was a one-time thing. Then, out of nowhere, another shipment arrived that I didn't request or authorize. I contacted them about the second batch but had an unpleasant conversation with DSL, and despite my protests, they insisted on payment and suggested escalating the matter. I made it clear I never ordered these products, and I didn't agree to their delivery. They keep insisting that my employee agreed, and I must pay. I e-mailed them for a paper trail, but they claim not to have received my e-mail. In my e-mail I asked for proof of any email indicating we expected multiple deliveries and were obliged to pay, but they never provided it. I also asked about returning the unwanted products, but they said it's not possible. They prefer calling because it's my word against theirs.
