I’m so angry with the service we have received from RE/MAX Excellence - Brakpan Dalview. Since beginning December 2024 we have viewed a house and wanted to make an offer on the house. Our agent can’t reach anyone at Remax. The first agent isn’t interested in the house and is no help at all. Until today we are waiting for a response from him. The second agent we wanted to make a offer but she resigned of was fired I don’t even know. Nobody is telling the truth. Nobody informed us that she left. Since then we have tried to make an offer on the house but it seems that we keep getting cut off. All of a sudden a new agent is appointed to the house. My agent got in contact with him & asked him to arrage a viewing. He inform her that he is struggling to get hold of the people. But when he does he will inform her and arrange for a viewing again. After we heard nother from beginning of December last year ! We were never informed that the “current” agent was fired or resigned and we will have to go through the whole process again. Today I jogged past the house after my agent was told that when they get hold of the people we can come and view. The new agent that is appointed is now bringing other people to come and view the house ? But still we are not informed to view the house. No the house is listed for a price but No they keep saying we have to offer more because the clients want more money. This is so bad of their agent. The new agent that brought other clients and can’t show us no paperwork of the place. I was not even helped to fill in the offer of purchase. Or explained how the offer of purchase works. He gave me the contract and a pen & said I can fill it in. When my fiance gets home we must go to where he lives and then he can sign. Still no help with the offer to purchase. Since December 2024 ! This is soo unprofessional. I don’t know how we must to business and buy a house if they are no help at all ! I wanted to speak to a manager maby he or she will be able to assist but they couldn’t even help me with that ? They only took my name and number & said Louis of a person from management will phone back. What will happen now to me as a client this is unfair and unprofessional!!!! All that the agent from Re/max Christo says about anything is he doesn’t know !
I cannot believe the poor service for this company. Nobody can give you answers or is willing to help. I cannot believe Capitec uses them to deliver parcels. Surely not a good way to do business. I had to phone 11 times before a lady picked up the phone. After I gave het my waybill number. She kept saying it was at the warehouse as still not dispatched. It arrived at the warehouse the 9th September. Today is the 18th & the parchel has nom moved since. When she directs your call to dispatch the phones always cuts off… Bad business
