Bad quality - failure within 1 year
Poor quality DTF printers by Locor. Locor HC A3 - head issues within a few months, non-stop sensor issues, and now the board has burnt out within 1 year. My company has lost the money invested in this *******. South African resellers dont honor support or warranties. Dont risk it!

Don't honor warranties.
Terrible after-sales and don't honor warranties. We purchased a DTF printer. nonstop issues with it, they would not deal with me, forced me to deal with the manufacturer in China! Heads failed within 2 months, had to get new heads, no warranty coverage. Then the board pops, they would not honor the warranty, their reply was "caused by load shedding", the kicker is that we run 100% on a battery inverter setup that powers the property. 0% downtime.
