Great experience from Sam Mabuza. phoned them to revise my quote as I received another quote, they managed to match it, had a great laugh about life. and the Trust remains !!

poor support !
I Have a twitter account which I created and used more than 12 years ago! I requested twitter so many times to remove this account as when you google my name the picture and account pops up! I emailed their support email and theh requested a Photo of My Id and stated no information can be blurred out to confirm I am the user as i dont have access to an email or phone used more than 12 years ago! I dont feel comfortable sharing my ID to total strangers especially with the **** rates ! I just dont understand what they want to do with an account older than 12 years with no activity! I dont get any support from them and will never create an account again with them. It obvious they care more than the number of users than the actual users !
