Carolyn to the rescue!

You know when you have one of those difficult properties.. where the previous tenant has up and left and the new tenant is unhappy. The landlord has a list of to dos and the newly cut keys are missing.. one of those rental properties that makes your hair stand on end just thinking about it?? I was assisting a landlord with a rental property that seemed to have an endless supply of issues when we made the decision to bring Carolyn Coleman in to assist us. We have worked together in the past but never to this degree. Well all I can say is that she was fast, efficient, friendly and came in like a superhero, tackling each issue with speed and professionalism. She 'managed' the old tenant, arranged clean up, (even helped clean things herself), removed old furniture, found wonderful new tenants, produced meticulous inspection reports and assisted with a much smoother handover. She was a HUGE relief to us and in future, will be my GO TO agent.
