Builders Merchant - doesn't deliver what you pay for

We ordered material which they said they had, they then delivered the wrong material and refused to fix the issue. Completely dishonest. They claim to have offices in Jhb and Durban but they are a false front. There is only one phone number which works and it leads to someone called Vincent. avoid at all costs.
