First you guys take almost a year to transfer my fund and here we go again!!!!!! I've requested urgent info for my SARS administrator regarding my fund. I sent this email on the 25th of June 2025 and AGAIN, NO FEEDBACK!!!! You guys are really useless man!!!!! I would NOT recommend ANYONE to deal or join this place. The service is flippen pathetic!!!!!
I just want to thank this brand so very much. After almost 23 years I am now only useing Kotex. I've ALWAYS been using a certain brand for YEARS now and they have recently changed their pad to a cotton base. When I, and many other woman Out there, complained about it, even sugested that perhaps they could still keep the gel based pad as another option, they just ignore you or talk your idea down. Nowadays, the market tries to accommodate people with variety. Not this brand. To all the ladies out there who is still searching for the gel based brand. I recommend Kotex. This pad is even better than ______ use to be. Not very expensive, no odor and no rash!!!! This is my new perfect brand. Thanks Kotex and please keep this gel pad as an option should you ever change. I'm sure the other brand has lost multiple customers due to their pad chaning to cotton and now causes rash, odor and discomfort.
I started working for a new employer in September 2024. Since then I have been struggling to transfer my Prov fund funds to the new registered fund. When I phone old mutual superfund dep, they keep telling me to to the transfer online but the fund that needs to be selected does not appear. I then reported this bit they do not get back to me. The have taken so long that my funds have now been placed in a preserved acc. I have, again, phoned and sent an email on the 1st of April 2025. We are now on the 14th of April 2025 and no feedback. There is just no interest in helping. Via email they say one thing and when you call they say something else. It has been almost 8 months now. What the hell should one do to get some service out of this department!!!!!!
At first this was n FAIR medical aid considering the fack that almost EVERYTHING comes out of your MSA. Now for the second year in a row they increase the monthly payment but decrease my MSA. ***!!!! I could understand that things get more expensive however, then you need to increase the MSA... Not bluddy decrease it!!!!! This ****es me off so badly that I need to pay more to get less... how is that even logic??? I'm actually considering to leave discovery and WOULD NOT recommend this medical aid to anyone!!!! Stay away from them. You pay more every month and get less saving and no extra needed benefits. These people are becoming a big ****. STAY AWAY!!!!
You will not believe but Makro just phoned me and threatened me to hand me over for R0.09... Yes people, R0.09, (nine cents)... And this after I had to email them multiple times to rectify their mistake they made by telling me they owe me money but they did not. I was honest enough to contact them and insist on rectifying this so that they do not loose money. Then they phone me to threaten me to hand me over to the legal dep for R0.09... How pathetic... I will go to the bank you bank with, Makro, and I will insist on depositing R0.09 and I want my R0.01 change as well. Two can play this game!!!
