They started with a low quote and friendly service, but after sending my inventory list, the price nearly doubled. After some negotiation, they gave a small discount but then ignored my final list. Despite paying more than the deposit, my confirmed move date was suddenly delayed. David was dismissive, leaving me stranded with last-minute changes. On moving day, the truck arrived over five hours late, with the wrong inventory list, delaying departure further. Delivery was postponed multiple times, arriving two days late. I was then forced to pay 30% more or risk my belongings being taken back. Damages, spoiled food, and lost lodging costs made this a nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs!
I ordered a new LTE service in December. Even though I have not received my router yet, I was billed for a portion of december. Initially the service worked great, then suddenly I had no internet. I could not even do a speed test. I logged a support ticket on the 10th of January. There was various back and forth messages. Usually it takes about 2 days to get a response on your tickets. The agents do not read the previous comments or look at the history and keep on giving the same advice to resolve. When you phone them you are online for half an hour at a time and usually hang up out of frustration. They will escalate it, again! Today I told them I want a call from a supervisor. Who was "on lunch" at 11:40 in the morning. Her manager according to reception was also "not in" today. It really feels as if the company no longer cares about their customers.
