I don't even know where to start with this ****ty company. I had 2 packages with shein one was delivered by imile and the other was supposed to be delivered by Buffalo logistics. I got the imile package on the 24th of December and the other one keeps saying it failed delivery this is the 7th time. I'm speaking to them on every platform, phone, email, webchat and Instagram but still I have not received my parkage. You guys are disgusting and I hate having my time wasted like this. Why doesn't the driver call me when he is making deliveries or even hoot by my house, no he won't do that he will just not show up and say delivery failed. I have logged 4 escalations imagine but still they don't care a damn. Yooh I've never dealt with such bull**** in my life. My tracking number is BUFZA6YM22503B6YQ.
I have been waiting for my order for weeks it's been 3 days and it's not moving. I've been emailing them and calling and they keep saying my order has been dispatched. I'm so tired of this.
This business is in China mall Springfield. I bought the 3 gradient bottle form them and the 750ml bottle didn't come with a straw but they refused to help me. I already lost the slip but the least they could do was check the CCTV footage if I did buy the bottles or not. Very unhelpful.
