Terrible service

On the 5th Feb 2024 I booked a Bus from Durban to Pretoria. For 21:00 pm when we arrived in Johannesburg Park station the Bus Driver refused to take us to Pretoria and he said he wasn’t told that he will go to Pretoria as well. I produced booking slip with details that I booked from Durban to Pretoria, wathi NGIKHULUMA AMASIMBA NGIMTSHELA INDABA YE***A, NGIZOKWEHLISA EBHASINI.
