Clearance Certificate from Summit Financial Partners

Good day, My husband and I were under Debt Review with Summit Financial Partners and our Debt Counsellor was Clark Gardener. In 2017 we settled all our outstanding debt and our creditors issued Mr Gardener with paid up letters. We have not received a Clearance Certificate since the Debt was settled in 2017. I have been sending emails, phoning and nothing is happening to remove our name from Debit Review at the Credit Bureau. My husband tried to get Vehicle Finance, but no Financial Institution is prepared to help us as our name is flagged by the Credit Bureau. Please help as it seven years ago that our Debt was settled in full.
