Had my pool re-marbelite about three weeks ago. No supervision on site as promised. They quote that they can store 60% of the water, when finished after damaging the colonial stone around the pool, only about 30% of the water was restored. Their excuse was maybe there is a leak on their baldder. They left without cleaning the site. Took me the whole of Saturday to clean up and with a high pressure cleaner to remove marbelite from my paving around the pool. When I contacted them, very apologetic and will send out the rep that did the original quote. Guess what still waiting, no person and no contact. Absolutely shocking service......
I am a Discovery Client for 28 years on their other products, when it comes to their banking department. !!!!! I have never dealt with such *********** company. Six weeks to get a Credit Card approved. I am sure I could get a liver transplant in less time. What makes it even worse it's your fault. Very amusing. Will be taking my banking back to FNB.
This platform is not at all what it is sold as, you will be told that what the sales rep told you is not binding, only your contract is binding. They drag you long with excuses until the six months is up. Then there are more excuses why they cannot refund. After numerous emails explaining that you are not happy with the demo software, they tell to wait until six months is up. Then they refuse the refund....
